About Dash For Adventure
Dash For Adventure is Paula and Derek Rayburn’s YouTube channel about living their dash — the line between the day you are born and the day you expire. Through travel, learning, family memories, and adventures big and small, they invite viewers to ride along and experience the journey with them.
Living the Dash
The name Dash For Adventure comes from the idea that life is lived in the dash between the beginning and the end. Paula and Derek use the channel to share how they are spending that dash: exploring backroads, learning local history, visiting mom-and-pop places, making memories with family, and finding adventure in everyday moments.
What Viewers Can Expect
Dash For Adventure features Bronco four-wheeling, camper van travel around the country, remote roads, cultural experiences, historical sites, thrift stores, unusual shopping stops, occasional restaurant and location reviews, and warm family-centered moments along the way. The style is personal, authentic, and unscripted rather than polished travel television.
Meet Harry and Mr. Dually
Harry is the channel’s 2023 Cactus Gray Ford Bronco with the Sasquatch package, Black Diamond trim, four doors, tube doors, trail flag, ditch lights, bug deflector, bimini top, and a trail-ready personality. Mr. Dually is Harry’s big brother and the boss of the fleet: Paula and Derek’s second custom-built Ford Transit camper van, built for off-grid travel with electrical systems, a full refrigerator/freezer, and rooftop AC.
How the Channel Is Made
Dash For Adventure has been running since September 2025. Paula and Derek use a Samsung Galaxy S23 to shoot, edit, manage, and post all videos, keeping the workflow close to real time so the channel can fit around work, travel, and life on the road.
Publishing Schedule
New videos are published five days a week, Wednesday through Sunday, usually by lunchtime Eastern Time. Paula and Derek typically take Monday and Tuesday off from publishing while they get their day jobs started for the week.
